Terms of Service & Customization Guide

  • Usage Rights: All artworks are for personal use only. For commercial inquiries, additional fees will apply. Please inquire about commercial pricing before making your purchase.

  • Copyright: Slowlywarmco / Slowlistudio reserves the copyright to all final works and the right to use them for portfolio and promotional purposes.

How to Customize & Purchase

  1. Receive the Form: After your purchase, a customization form will be sent to your email within two business days. This is where you will submit your book choices or reference photos.

  2. Submission Deadline: Please submit your customization form within one week of placing your order.

Turnaround & Shipping

  • Standard Turnaround: The painting process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, starting from the date your order is placed. To ensure completion within this timeframe, the customization form must be submitted within the first week.

  • Ready-to-Use Gallery: If all book choices are selected from my "Ready-to-Use" gallery, the turnaround time is shorter—approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

  • Shipping: Please allow additional time for shipping. Estimated delivery times can be found on the checkout page.

Communication & Deadlines

  • Stay Connected: I will contact you via email during the creation process. Please keep an eye on your inbox! Your response time directly affects the schedule. If responses take longer than 2 days, the standard 4-week turnaround may be extended.

  • Specific Deadlines: If you have a strict deadline (especially for physical prints), please let me know. Orders requiring a 1 to 3 week turnaround may incur a $50 - $150 rush fee, depending on urgency. Please email slowlywarmco@gmail.com to check availability before checking out.

Important Policies

  • Project Timeline: All commissions must be completed within 2 months. If a project exceeds this limit due to client-side delays (e.g., unresponsiveness), the order will be terminated without a refund. As commission spots are limited, each order reserves a dedicated space in my schedule.

  • Finality of Details: Please fill out your form carefully. Any changes requested after the painting process has begun may not be accepted or may require an additional fee.

  • International Orders: Currently, international orders are available in digital format only.

  • Right of Refusal: Slowlywarmco reserves the right to decline any commission request.

  • Monthly Limit: To ensure quality, I only accept 15–20 commissions per month. Any overbooked orders will be canceled and fully refunded within two business days.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds After Start: Once the painting process begins, no refunds will be issued as this project requires a significant investment of time and effort.

  • Partial Refunds: A partial refund may only be issued if the project is completed later than the promised timeframe due to an issue on my end (excluding shipping delays caused by third parties).

  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel after your form has been reviewed but before painting begins, a refund will be issued minus a $30 consulting fee. This request must be made within one week of submitting your form.
