To make sure your custom pieces arrive safely in time for the holidays, here is this year’s timeline along with some sweet early bird perks:

Now – Sept 15 (Early Bird Tier 1): 2 Free Add-ons [for Christmas orders only]
Sept 16 – Oct 15 (Early Bird Tier 2): 1 Free Add-on [for Christmas orders only]
Oct 16 – Nov 15: Regular Turnaround Schedule
After Nov 15: Subject to availability & rush order fees apply

Order Structure: Basic + Add-ons

The ordering process follows a "Basic + Add-on" structure to ensure maximum flexibility for every custom project.
Definitions

Basic Item(little frame) Each individual subject counts as one basic item. This includes one person, one pet, one building, or one specific object (e.g., a favorite drink or a potted plant).

Add-on An add-on is required for any additional subject beyond the basic item within a single little frame(item).

Start by choosing the number of items or little frames for your basic commission. Each item/little frame includes one basic item(individual subject).
