We love it and the painting looks just like our little pup. She was super responsive ensured I received our painting before christmas. My only issue and not even really an issue was that the matting that it came with had hand writing on both sides (remove tape slowly) so i wasn't able to use it, and didn't realize until it was unwrapped by the person who I was giving it to. Other than that everything was great and no biggy I just grabbed another mat at the store.
