• Please note that all custom pieces are strictly for personal use. If you'd like to use the art commercially, just let me know! Commercial pricing is available upon request, so please be sure to ask for a quote before placing your order.

• Slowlywarmco / Slowlistudio reserves the right to display the final work in our portfolio, on our social media, or in any other promotional formats as work samples. If you have any privacy concerns regarding the public display of your commissioned piece, please do not hesitate to reach out.

• Once your order is placed, please keep an eye on your inbox! You will receive a customization form within two business days, where you can upload your photos and share your ideas with me.

  Please make sure to submit it within a week. If you haven't received the form by then, please contact me at slowlywarmco@gmail.com so I can help. 

   

• The standard turnaround time for the painting process is 3 to 4 weeks, starting from the date your order is placed. (Please note: To ensure your artwork is completed within this 4-week timeframe, the customization form must be submitted within the first week.) > Please allow additional time for shipping. You can find estimated shipping times on the checkout page.

• If your timeline is flexible, you are not required to submit the customization form within the first week of placing your order. However, please note that the form must be submitted within one month, and the entire commission process must be completed within two months.

  If the project extends beyond two months due to delays on the client's end (e.g., unresponsiveness to emails or actions that prevent the painting process from moving forward), the commission will be terminated and no refund will be issued. As my commission slots are very limited, each order holds a reserved spot in my schedule.

• All custom requests must include clear photographic references; text-only descriptions cannot be accepted. Please ensure the photos provided are of high quality and clear enough to be used as drawing references.

• Please review and fill out the customization form carefully. Once the painting process has begun, any changes or requests that deviate from your submitted form cannot be accommodated, or may be subject to additional charges.

• After your purchase, please keep an eye on your inbox! I will be contacting you via email throughout the painting process. Your response time directly affects the schedule, which means the standard 4-week turnaround may be extended depending on how quickly you reply. (Usually, replying within 48 hours to emails from Slowlywarmco / Slowlistudio is perfect!

• Please let me know if you have a specific deadline, especially for orders that include physical prints. Any custom piece that needs to be completed within 1 to 3 weeks may be subject to a $50 - $150 rush fee, depending on the urgency. If you require expedited service, please email me at slowlywarmco@gmail.com to check my availability and confirm the exact fee before checking out.

• Please note that international orders are exclusively available as digital files (no physical shipping). 

• Slowlywarmco / Slowlistudio reserves the right to decline any commission request at our discretion.

• Due to limited availability, any orders placed after the monthly limit has been reached will be canceled and fully refunded within two business days.

• No refunds will be issued once the painting process has begun. Please understand that custom artwork requires a significant investment of time and effort. A partial refund may only be issued if the project is completed later than the promised turnaround time due to reasons on my end (this strictly excludes any delays caused by the shipping carrier).

• If you wish to cancel your order after your customization form has been reviewed, but before the painting process begins, a refund will be issued. However, please note that a $30 consulting fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
